Research and Development Collaboration Facilitation

We facilitate collaborative research and development activities with Singapore based Entities. Facilitating the transfer of semiconductor packaging technology and provide training for implementation on site. It can also be facilitated  at Singapore, Japan, Thailand and Malaysia.

Joint R&D efforts by CSPS  may focus on exploring new materials, processes, or technologies that can lead to the development of cutting-edge semiconductor products.
